Invisible errors that can't be detected by web analytics!
SciVisum tested customer experience journey on various UK e-biz websites and found that 300bn lost sales every year!
The most common problems include: session swap – where two users see each others' online sessions; page not delivered errors; jump back – the user is in error forced back several pages; page content incomplete; and shopping basket errors.

eMetrics Summit - Final notes
Finally, great sessions come to an end...Headed to San Mateo with loads of knowledge and memories!
Thoughtful sessions:
1. Think Different by Jim Sterne
2. Web Analytics 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 -- As Eric mentioned, Web Analytics is not easy! It's hard, but not an impossible task if you have RAMP :)
3. Web Analytics Ecosystem -- Good points by Aurellie Pols, OX2 . More or less, we are in same position in India now. (Hopefully I will present India case in next summit, if Jim allows me!!)
4. Rethink SEM / PPC Analysis by Avinash
5. Behavioral Targeting by Anil Batra
Case studies:
1. Charles Schwab
2. Comcast
3. Sony
Few more interesting things:
1. Microsoft Gatineau beta Preview (automated tagging feature is cool!)
2. Google Analytics new updates announcement, including Urchin updates
I missed few other interesting sessions because of conflict. Hoping to catch all of them on archives (waiting for the email!!)
Daniel, I will schedule some time with you, you should walk me through your presentation (User generated content)!

eMetrics Summit - Day 2
Today was started with Keynote from Jim Sterne. That was an amazing talk, specifically relating customer experience with a "WINDOW" story :)
I had a chance to spend few minutes with great minds like Avinash Kaushik, Anil Batra, Dennis, Adam (Unica)!
Afternoon, there was an excellent session from Avinash on "SEM / PPC Analysis". I wish I could record the session, never know when I will get a chance to listen to such a wonderful speaker :)
